Join us for our 2nd annual dining experience ¡Salud!. This year Joyce Preschool will be celebrating Joyce Preschool’s expansion resulting in changing additional lives of children and their families. Chef Michael Agan of Xavi Restaurant will be our featured chef where guests enjoy an evening of food crafted especially for the occasion, paired with perfectly selected wines. Join us for an unforgettable evening at the historic A-Mill Artist Loft building on Saint Anthony Main.

Golden Ticket: Guests can also choose to partake of a cocktail hour where guests will be able to sample crafted cocktails.

About Chef Michael Agan:
Chef Michael Agan started his cooking career over 20 years ago working at D’Amico & Partners. Over the years Agan worked at Campiello, Lurcat, Masa, and many other D’Amico properties. He continued his culinary education by working with some of the best chefs in many fantastic restaurants around the Twin Cities, including Solera with Tim McKee, Levain with Steven Brown, Chambers Hotel under Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Doug Flicker of Piccolo Restaurant, and Lenny Russo of Heartland restaurant. Agan was also the Executive Chef at multiple Crave restaurant locations before opening Xavi Restaurant in 2016.

Xavi Restaurant is in the Diamond Lake neighborhood of Minneapolis, MN and celebrates the seasons of their region through our evolving menu and strive to elevate the neighborhood dining experience with their service.
