Dear Friend,

I’m reaching out today to share some great news. Joyce just finished our audit, which happens every August after our fiscal year concludes in June. As you know, we celebrated our 50th Anniversary last school year, and it was alongside that celebration that we faced a year with some of our biggest scholarship needs ever.

Thanks to you and other supporters like you, I’m elated to say that we met an extremely ambitious goal and raised more than $50,000 in individual donations during the 2016-17 year!

So I’m reaching out to say a quick thank you for your support: we couldn’t have done it without you. Your donation supported an incredible class of preschoolers, all of whom graduated ready for kindergarten. This marks our sixth year in a row of 100% kindergarten-ready graduates!

Your continued support as part of our community changes the trajectories of children and families. In this time of great division and turmoil, the unity and love in in our community is truly inspiring. On behalf of the children and families at Joyce, thank you for your support.
